CAFELET PROOF OF FUNDS

CAFELET maintains significant UNITED STATES DOLLARS deposits in a TRUST established by CAFELET’s Attorney, who is a USA FEDERAL COURT OFFICER.

As CAFELET may instruct, any purchase or payment by CAFELET may be satisfied by the Attorney using the protocol Number 316 in GET THINGS DONE.

Any SUPPLIER, or SURROGATE representing a SUPPLIER, that satisfies the requirements of Number 21 in GET THINGS DONE in change2100.com, may request CAFELET to have the Attorney provide a POF certified by the Attorney that payment would be provided as per 316.

If a SUPPLIER or SURROGATE does not accept the POF certified by the Attorney, understanding that no product or service needs to be provided until closure of the transaction, as required through the Attorney, the transaction would not be supported by CAFELET.
