FUNDING FOR GOVERNMENT PROJECTS IN HONDURAS

HOWSE SERVICES, INC has provided a prepayment of taxes, in UNITED STATES DOLLARS, for business that HOWSE may do in HONDURAS using an INTERNATIONAL BILL OF EXCHANGE (“IBOE”) issued by FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A. DE C.V. (“FIDES”).

The FIDES IBOE represents lawful money and payment as per UNCITRAL.

The Government of HONDURAS may use the FIDES IBOE as an asset to undertake a JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT (“JVA”) as per https://www.change2100.com/THIBMART/DIRECTORY-1/contents/en-us/d84_-29.-FIDES-JVA-TEMPLATE.html, or to arrange a JVA through a private entity SURROGATE selected by the Government.

Profits obtained through the JVA, without depletion of funds, may be used to pay for projects proposed by the Government, to be contracted with SUPPLIERS approved by HOWSE, contracted through GRUPO GARANTIA, S. DE R.L.
