FUNDING FOR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PROJECTS IN USA

HOWSE SERVICES, INC has provided a prepayment of taxes, in UNITED STATES DOLLARS, for business that HOWSE may do in the USA using INTERNATIONAL BILLS OF EXCHANGE (“IBOE”) issued by FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A. DE C.V. (“FIDES”).

The FIDES IBOE represent lawful money and payment as per UNCITRAL.

The USA FEDERAL GOVERNMENT may use the FIDES IBOE as assets to undertake a JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT (“JVA”) as per https://www.change2100.com/THIBMART/DIRECTORY-1/contents/en-us/d84_-29.-FIDES-JVA-TEMPLATE.html, or to arrange a JVA through a private entity SURROGATE selected by the Government.

Profits obtained through the JVA, without depletion of funds, may be used to pay for projects proposed by the Government, to be contracted with SUPPLIERS approved by HOWSE, contracted through HOWSE affiliates.
