PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS

September 26, 2021

Any entity (“PARTNER”) that qualifies as per a governmental entity’s (“GOVERNMENT”) requirements may offer to enter into a PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP with the GOVERNMENT.

The PARTNER may arrange to function as a DISTRIBUTOR or as a BUYER, as per the protocol https://www.change2100.com/GTD/contents/en-us/d3642_259.-BUY-ANYTHING-AT-NET-ZERO-COST-.html to sell (as a DISTRIBUTOR) or purchase (as a BUYER) ITEMS, as described therein.

As a result, the PARTNER may earn significant profits and may supply the GOVERNMENT with ITEMS and with operating capital.

This can allow a GOVERNMENT to develop and implement policy without economic hindrances, without incurring debt, and without draining financial resources.

The PARTNERSHIP may be embodied in a legally constructed and binding contract such that it may only be modified or cancelled as per terms and clauses thereof; thus, protecting the PARTNERSHIP and providing continuance in the event of change of GOVERNMENT administrative policies, other than as may otherwise be determined by law or judicial ruling.

THIS PUBLICATION IS PROVIDED ONLY AS INFORMATION FOR REVIEW, AND ANY IMPLEMENTATION RELATED THERETO SHOULD BE CONSULTED WITH A QUALIFIED ATTORNEY AND WITH A GOVERNMENT.
